A balance of wins and fails
The hotel offers fantastic beach access with free use of kayaks and paddleboards. Plus, the beds were comfortable.
Wi-Fi was annoyingly weak . We encountered issues with ant problems in the kitchen area that dampened the experience.

I had amazing stay, the place is stunningly beautiful and comfortable!
Location: the hotel was close enough to water taxi, the Ambergris Caye, and the pier by Miguel. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the venue. Having a kitchenette and a living room in my well-appointed room was really great. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the ocean.

The kids loved the snorkeling and exploring the fine waters surrounding the hotel. The staff were accommodating, promptly providing us with everything we needed. One highlight was the swift response to our query about excursions. They even booked some fantastic diving trips for us.
My wife says that the beach could use more sanitation efforts.

The location was stunning, and the pool area was especially nice for a family getaway. We enjoyed the free amenities, like kayaks and paddleboards, which kept us entertained! The two-bedroom unit was spacious, perfect for two adults and two teens. We encountered issues with the breakfast prices being high compared to local spots and faced a frustrating experience with the concierge over a snorkeling trip we were eager to take.

The pool was a highlight, nice for enjoyable laps in the morning, and the availability of free kayaks and paddle boards enhanced our experience. The staff consistently were very good.
